Helping Schools see their
dreams become a reality
Tupelo Christian Preparatory School
Tupelo Christian Prep sets on a 45 acre campus in Tupelo Mississippi. TCPS is experiencing explosive growth. That growth is leading the school to expand their grade offerings to include a new high school. This will mean new buildings not only for the high school but also an expanded elementary wing. Combined with state of the art athletic facilities and a performing arts center the total cost of the project is $8 million dollars.
TCPS knew they needed help on a project of this magnitude so they called The Charis Group. The Charis Group has been working with the TCPS Board and School Administration since February. Through an extensive feasibility study The Charis Group was able to help the Board focus in on the key issues they were facing in raising the needed financial support for the projects.
From Steve Tybor, Board Chairman
There are so many companies that one can use to help raise the funds needed to help you in your church or school fundraising projects. Why did we pick The Charis group? First, Mark Brooks is a man of integrity. Secondly, The Charis group has a proven track record.
This is the second time I have worked with Mark, first at my home church and now with Tupelo Christian Prep, and he has shown me time and time again that God has a plan for our journey as he walks step by step with us the entire way. Mark brings spiritual wisdom to the cause as a person who once filled the pulpit himself. I would highly recommend The Charis Group a third time!
Let The Charis Group help you and your school navigate through the various issues that could keep you from realizing your potential!
Stillwater Christian is an independent school with an enrollment of over 300 students. With a vision to relocate to newly acquired property and to build a new campus, Stillwater engaged the services of Ron Hayden, associated with The Charis Group, to coach them through the process of designing and implementing a capital campaign. The result was a lead gift, the broad involvement of the school family and the sale of the current campus for just under $4 million providing Stillwater with nearly $11 million in cash and commitments and promises of more to come. The campaign also increased the school’s endowment by $500,000. The architectural design, construction documents and permitting process has already begun for phase 1 of the new campus project.
Providence Christian School, in cooperation with their sponsoring church and guided by The Charis Group, raised $1.3 million in cash and pledges toward an educational and community center containing new classrooms and a gymnasium.
Covenant Christian High School is recognized as a leader in 21st century education and envisions its 400 students developing into outstanding Christian leaders for the future. Thus, the school is committed to completing the plans to develop their campus into its maximum ultimate potential. Therefore, the school has embarked on a $10 million campus expansion project to construct additional classrooms, a performing arts center, library expansion and selected athletic and physical education facilities. After examining several options, the school administration and board of directors chose the Charis Group to help them navigate the path ahead. The pre-campaign study has been completed and the campaign is moving forward in the fall of this year.
